  • Does tixprocaribbean.com offer event equipment rentals?

    Yes. Tixprocaribbean.com offers event equipment rentals related to the ticket validation process only (e.g. 2D barcode scanners, laptops, tablets etc…). Fees vary depending on your request.

  • How do I register, as an event “Organizer”, on tixprocaribbean.com?

  • How do I register, as an event “Participant”, on tixprocaribbean.com?

    Go to tixprocaribbean.com, click on the top link that says Sign Up to create your account in a few seconds”, then fill out all of the required fields and follow the steps.

  • Do I have to provide my “billing address” during the registration process?

    Yes. We need your billing address on file so when you make a purchase, either by credit card or PayPal, we can verify your identity. Remember, you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card or PayPal statement.

  • Do I need to provide my credit card information during the registration process?

    No. Account registration on tixprocaribbean.com is FREE. However, in order to make a purchase you would need a credit card (VISA / MC) or PayPal account.

  • Do I have to be specific age (e.g. 21+) to use tixprocaribbean.com?

    Yes. You must be at least 16+ years old to register for an account on tixprocaribbean.com.
